Remember: Context Purity is KEY!!! Keep each Module Clean

0600-0630: Morning Routine

Start the day positive in body and mind.

Wake up: get sunlight, drink some water, take some supplements (NMN, Q10, Vitamins etc.).

Meditate: I do a form of Chagtsal prayer 100x to center my mind and body. After that I do a 5-10 minute still breathing meditation, focusing on calmness and positivity.

Smile and laugh a bit!!!

0630-1000: Work Module 1

Focus on building and creating.

I try to save the hardest mental tasks for this part of the day.

I try to condense what I build and think about into some final or intermediate form, maybe some writing, or even video/audio.

If I get tired, I’ll take 2-3 breaks in between to walk and stretch, about 10 minutes each.

If I’m in a zone, I just go straight through the three hours.

I still just drink water in this period.

1000-1200: Exercise and Eat

No texts and social media before this period.

Exercise: push-ups, sit-ups, squats each 100x.

Wash up: shower (cold if I can), brush teeth, wash face etc.

Take the first meal of the day.

Try to walk and stretch a bit in the garden.

1200 -1300: Nap and Refresh

I take a long nap.

Then do whatever else I find refreshing at the moment.

1300-1600: Work Module 2

Focus on selling and coordinating.

I try to save all work and social related meetings, discussions and execution related tasks for this part of the day.

Most of my live interactions with friends and partners outside my immediate family happen in this time frame.

1600-1800: Rest and Relax

I take my second meal + evening vitamins.

Do whatever I find relaxing at the moment.

Try to walk and stretch a bit. Spend time with family.

May take a nap again.

Once or twice a week I’ll use this slot to play basketball.

1800-2000: Work Module 3

Focus on investing and learning.

Generally, this means digesting information as opposed to producing information in this period.

I’ll chat with AI on topics or projects I’m interested, listen to some podcasts or targeted lessons, and maybe jot down some notes.

At the end I may spend a little time outlining most important to-dos for the next day, so I enter it knowing what to focus on.

2000-2100: Wind-down Routine

Get ready for sleep.

Wash-up: Brush teeth,wash face etc.

I try to get to bed early, and avoid electronics in this period as I get ready for my all important sleep.
