0800-0900: Morning Routine

Wake up: get sunlight, drink some water

Exercise: push-ups, squats each 100x, some planks and stretching

Wash up: shower, brush teeth, wash face etc.

Meditate: 10 minute meditation, calmness and positivity

Smile and laugh a bit!!!

0900-1200: Work Module 1

Focus on building and creating.

I try to save the hardest mental tasks for this part of the day.

If I get tired, I’ll take 2-3 breaks in between to walk and stretch, about 10 minutes each.

If I’m in a zone, I just go straight through the three hours.

I still just drink water in this period.

1200-1400: Rest and Eat

Take the first meal + supplements (NMN, Q10, Vitamins).

Try to walk and stretch a bit.

Do whatever I find relaxing at the moment. May take a nap.

1400-1700: Work Module 2

Focus on selling and coordinating.

I try to save most work related meetings, discussions and execution related tasks for this part of the day.

I may have a few snacks like dark chocolate during this period.

1700-1900: Rest and Relax

I take my evening vitamins before 1800.

Try to walk and stretch a bit.

Do whatever I find relaxing at the moment. May take a nap again.

Once or twice a week I’ll use this slot to play basketball.

1900-2100: Work Module 3

Focus on investing and learning.

Generally, this means digesting information as opposed to producing information in this period.

I’ll chat with AI on topics or projects I’m interested, listen to some podcasts or targeted lessons, and maybe jot down some notes.

At the end I may spend a little time outlining most important to-dos for the next day, so I enter it knowing what to focus on.

2100-2200: Wind-down Routine

Wash-up: Brush teeth,wash face etc.

I try to get to bed early, and avoid electronics in this period as I get ready for my all important sleep.
